Community Dock Construction begins March 11, 2025

AA Marine will begin construction on the main stretch of the community dock. Materials will be delivered and placed near the dock on Tuesday, March 11th, and demolition of the old dock will start that day, or Wednesday. 

The contractor anticipates that the building process will progress quickly and should take about a week to complete, depending on weather.  Just in time for Spring! 

During construction, the dock, boat ramp, and community area by the river will not be accessible to members.

We will let you know when the work is finished, and the new dock is ready for use. 

Annual Homeowners Meeting scheduled for May 31, 2025 

Our annual meeting will start promptly at 9am the Hartfield Volunteer Fire Department meeting room. We hope to see you there!
